Some computers that are some years old, laptops in particular, does not have an XNA HiDef Profile compatible graphics card, which was a requirement to be able to run Smooth Operators: Call Center Chaos.

Going up to version 1.1, this update rids the requirement of having an XNA HiDef Profile compatible graphics card, and also implements error handling during initialization.

May I make a suggestion? If you already haven't started on it. Make it so you have an Employee menu so you can Educate the employees without needing to click or find each individual employee. I've only just started the game, and while I love it. This is probably one of my BIGGEST gripe of it. I don't mind upgrading the offices and such, but the employees should have at least a menu where you can upgrade them from one place. Other than that, aweseome game. I love these kinds of games, simple on the graphics so any computer can play it but very addictive and time consuming! Just what I like!

One other question: any chance for an Android version? I would for sure pay for it as I'd love to have this on the go on my Samsung Galaxy Note II!!!!!

Other than that keep up the good work, can't wait for new updates!!!!

Employee management needs to be revamped entirely. Once you get around 100 employees, micromanaging them all takes most of your time. Think of your empire management screen from Masters of Orion II. You could manage anything in it that you could manage from the system screen. From the employee game menu screen, I should be able to do anything to an employee I could do if I had him selected. Also it'd be nice if you could find out if an employee was on vacation somewhere other than the HR feed.

How do you mean "somewhere other than the HR feed"? You can see it there, and if you get properties from the employees workstation. Where else would you need it?

The 'My Employees' list would be a good place to have that information.

If I see an employee with low moral, I have to click on him, bring up his properties to tell if he is on vacation, send him on one, go back out to the employee list, then hunt through it again, possibly selecting the same employee as his moral is still low, and then having to check to make sure he isn't on vacation already.

Which brings up another point... where to you go to tell an employee is on vacation in their properties? It's not on the vacation tab. An employee that is on vacation I can turn around and send on vacation again, while they are already on vacation. I don't see it in the general properties (first) tab. So, oh there it is, in their thoughts tab... I don't see it anywhere else. Am I missing something?

There should be a banner just above the properties frame that says if an employee is away on vacation, lunch, etc..

But it's a good point to have that information in the employee list. I'll have it in the next update!

Okay, touche. Hehe, I have no idea why I never noticed the vaction banner. But yes, having that information in the Employess list would be great. It would certainly save the player a bunch of time of having to click on the properties of low moral employees to check if they have already been sent home. And like I said, it's easy to lose track when you have dozens of employees. Anyway, thanks for the response.

Great game btw. Don't know if I said it before, but I loved SImTower and the like, and your game is in the same league, easily.

Hi. Thanks for your suggestions! I've put it on my feature request list.
About the android version, there has been quite some questions about it. I'm looking into it, but i can't make any promises on it. =)

That's cool, yeah I feel it would make gameplay much more smoother. As for Android, cool your looking into it. I hope you do, but if not I just wanted to see if it was even on the roadmap. Heck Android/ iOS as this game would be great on a touchscreen! Glad your looking into it. Keep up the good work!

is this game like sim tower in as much that you have to build a building as big as you can with the funds and just basicly take over the entire screen with everything going nuts ?

At first I thought it didnt look like much, but right when you start it up it sets the atmosphere right.
It's obvious that the devs put a lot of ♥ into this game, theres a ton of little details and for the price it's really delivering all of its promises.

Even if its just for the sake of getting more of this, seeing the revival of classics like SimTower, I'd say buy it.
