Some computers that are some years old, laptops in particular, does not have an XNA HiDef Profile compatible graphics card, which was a requirement to be able to run Smooth Operators: Call Center Chaos.

Going up to version 1.1, this update rids the requirement of having an XNA HiDef Profile compatible graphics card, and also implements error handling during initialization.

BUG: After Day 45/47 or so I got a message that the switchboard would be broken. I thought "ok, let's not buy any more things until it is fixed. "
So the strange thing is that everything works perfect until exactly 11:00. Then everybody just stops working and thinks "There is no more e-mails" and "The phone ain't ringing" though there is more than enough work to do. So I got -1400 cash a day and lost the game.
Also there was no way to fix that switchboard.
What happened?

Hey,
The message said that your client is having problems with their switchboard, and you will have decreased workload volumes for a couple of days. This usually last 2-5 days, and during that time you will, as i mentioned, lowered workload. What does your report say in terms of workload forecast?

It said that I had not-done Workload and I even got Penalty for that. But my workers just did not work!

Anyways, I am over that thing now and have a new Save, everything working.

Is there a specific reason why handymen just seem to stop repairing things after a certain point? It seems like after day 16 or so they always just go straight to their desk and stay there the whole shift, even the ones that I hire in after that point. I've tried changing their schedules, giving them vacations and just sacking them to hire new guys in, but they just won't do anything. Am I missing something here?

Hi. Maybe it's a bug. Can you please zip up your save files and email them to me? They are located in c:\users\yourusername\roaming\soccc\savegames

Just won a copy on GOG forum from you and wanted to say thanks. I think it's cool some devs do that, especially when they're not high profile giveaways. So, thank you. : )

At first I thought it didnt look like much, but right when you start it up it sets the atmosphere right.
It's obvious that the devs put a lot of ♥ into this game, theres a ton of little details and for the price it's really delivering all of its promises.

Even if its just for the sake of getting more of this, seeing the revival of classics like SimTower, I'd say buy it.
