Thief Thread - Smooth Operators: Call Center Chaos

Hey Guys I just want to ask how the hell am I supposed to find the thief in my office.... he takes money from me 4-6 times a day and its really annoying.

Hope you guys can help me out.

You can take a look at what your employees are costing you. If a single employee has an unreasonable high amount lifetime cost - it's probably your thief! =)

one of my janitors was stealing from me. if you look at the employees thoughts it'll say something like "they wont even miss it".

Omg I habe like 150 employees O_O it will be long !!!

If you pause the game as soon as the hr lady tells you that your missing money you don't have to sort through all of your employees. you would only have to click on the employees that are currently on your screen. that should save some time.

I cant find the thief.... on what should I look for??

The way i find them is by looking at the revenue for the employees, I usually filter them by job type as its easier to see a discrepancy in revenue, if one of them is way off in the negative balance it is likely them. Open their thoughts and if it says 'they won't notice it missing' thats the thief

Not sure if you've already found this solution, but as soon as you get the message that money is missing, pause the game (that will say spam 'F' as fast as you can). You will now find the thief, if you paused fast enough, by going through every good thought that's visible on the screen (aka every smiley that you can find), because we know that the "they will never find out" thought is a good thought. This is a lot smoother than going through every single worker. I know that I suck at explaining, so if you don't understand, just reply.

So what do I do after locating the thief? Fire him/her?

Why would you keep him/her if he/she steals from you?
