It's a robot made by the Dwarves, but the armor should look a lot like this.
if you have played morrowind youll know that these are dwarven centurions it would be cool if it is wearable. and my beleif is that this is a high level creature. todd confirmed that not only 120 dungeons but there are also numerous dwarven ruins scattered all over skyrim
