Skirmish Windows game

I want to make standalone games which people can enjoy by playing solely over the internet together; my first idea is Skirmish which will an all-together mindless shooting game which people can enjoy through multiplayer'
Skirmish's main outline is to give the player different modes of play so that it can be enjoyed more but it's other function is to give the player some good, quality third-person shooting'

Skirmish's features will include different multiplayer modes such as CTF Forts*, Hunt*, Team Deathmatch and Deathbowl*, other features will include a wide arsenal of weapons and a selection of vehicles for the player, dynamic movement which will allow the player to roll, crouch, prone and press up against walls for cover and allow them to jump out and fire' There will be unique maps with interactive components such as bunkers and gun emplacements' I also want Skirmish to have a stats points system where the player can build up a reputation and rank online so people can see each other's qualities'
I don't want Skirmish to be particularly beautiful to look as long as the gameplay is good and can allow a lot of people to join into one game'

I really just want to create an orginal game where people can enjoy themselves without having to pay for the game, where people can play a game over and over and feel that this game is original, all i need are some volunteers' I will be learning how to model as soon as i can get a team and we can decide which ngine to use for Skirmish'''
