Yeah. It's done. Sirius finally reached the Early Alpha Stage where I am willing to put the game into the Early Access Fad. Actually, its because supplies are running low though - Server hosters want their money, and maybe for a global Sirius Server a little money aside would be definitely a nice to have.
Do you know that cuddly feeling of having actually accomplished something? When you just love the world? Yes? Because thats how I feel right now.

As Sirius enters Open Alpha a lot of things are changing. The Star Gates are gone, replaced by StarLanes, which allow for travelling our solar system. I am continually increasing the solar system size and am fixing things. Please don't be harsh to me because I didn't list all changes!

Glad to know this project is finally taking form. Looking forward to the next release. I really like the idea of walking in stations.

Okay so i downloaded this game yesterday- Flatspace(Demo). It's really good. Try it out. There are some aspects of the game i really like. You can take passengers and safely transport them to a sector. You can become a mercenary or even a law enforcer. Pretty awesome! If you could incorporate these in Sirius it would be awesome. Just a suggestion :)

Hey. Maybe this is a stupid question about the demo but.. Is there a way to make it fullscreen?

Yes, even though its a debug thing.
Open settings.ini, and the Lines given there state as following:
1= Fullscreen, 2=Windowed
Language (not functional yet)
UI-Scaling (experimental)

Looks Incredible!! I love Freelancer. Very pleased to see someone using the concept. Also will this be purely Multiplayer??? Also Planets will be explorable?

Yes, this happens in a persistant online Universe.
New Systems are generated from a hidden value generated on your CPU, so the exploration factor will never run out.
Inner-Atmospheric flight is in the forge as well as Walking in Stations, both currently very unstable and they won't make it into 0.5.
