Sins of a Solar Empire is a real-time space strategy and the first chapter in an epic science fiction saga. The independent Trader Worlds must unite and form the Trader Emergency Coalition to defend themselves against the return of their exiled brethren, "The Advent" and the arrival of the desperate remnants of the ancient Vasari Empire. Explore and conquer nearby planets and distant solar systems by applying brute force, cunning strategy, elegant diplomacy, economic mastery, and researched technology. The gameplay features seamless transition between epic strategy and tactical combat modes.

THIS GAME ROCKS!
I have played many RTS games but this one is Definately one of the best..if not the best! The graphics are lovely, it is well balanced, games can last ages and the a.i has many settings (it can be a walk in the park to a walk in hell) If you are a RTS fan i highly doubt you will regret getting this game!

This is The best Forever-Aloners Game ever!
I don't like playing multiplayer on pc but if I did
it would be this game.
I just love the mod community and seeing all the new ideas that people come up with for new mods.
P.S. BEST GAME EVER.
P.P.S This games singleplayer is what keeps me going.

Brilliant game, sheer scope and size of the battles is amazing and can't wait for the latest instalment Rebellion plus I have the privilige of working on the mod, Dawn of the Reapers.

A great game in the strategy genre - Not perfect (is any game?) but one of my favourites, plus there is a great modding community with loads of free expansions and such

Great Game and good mods out there! unfortunately it takes forever if u play in indepth game and playing with others drags the game play. There is mod i was hoping for one day. Playable races Stargate mix, Star Trek Mix, Mass effect Mix, star wars mix, some other mainstream show/movie all in the same mod!!!! If this was modded itd b the best Game ever
