Sins of a Solar Empire is a real-time space strategy and the first chapter in an epic science fiction saga. The independent Trader Worlds must unite and form the Trader Emergency Coalition to defend themselves against the return of their exiled brethren, "The Advent" and the arrival of the desperate remnants of the ancient Vasari Empire.

Explore and conquer nearby planets and distant solar systems by applying brute force, cunning strategy, elegant diplomacy, economic mastery, and researched technology. The gameplay features seamless transition between epic strategy and tactical combat modes.

Hey guys, Faced here.

So, as you might have figured by the title. The mod Sins of a Generation is in need of people to help us in it's development.
Since we have lost Bastion, and Aeneas. We only have a Modeler, Concept artist and our Dev Lead/Galaxy Forger.

It would be highly appreciated if you, the fanbase could help us out. If you have any skills that we might have a use for, please, send us a pm. Or if you do not possess such skills, please, spread the word around, ask friends, randoms. We would just like to see our mod continue.

If not, to see the mod work, it will take us very, very long for us to complete everything.

So i repeat again, Please, if you have the time, skill and will, please join us in our conquest to create one of the best mods for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion.

If you're running Windows 7:

Find the mods path. Should be something like:

C:\Users\TE5LA\AppData\Local\Ironclad Games\Sins of a Solar Empire

"TE5LA" will obviously be replaced with your Win7 username.

See the mod folders like "Mods-Diplomacy v1.32". Open that for Diplomacy mods. Create a folder by the mod's name the way you want it to appear in the game. Copy all that mod's files there.

In the game, go to Options and select Mods. "Enable" the mod you want to use.

ok this is just a question but is there anyway to get ships to just follow the line between planets*cant think of name atm. im tired of setting defenses to just have them bypass and hit the planets and then die. ie. pirates i understand it makes the game real but i want to also bring full firepower upon the enemy.

if you have them just follow the line than what fun . word to the wise, have a secondary defense line set up when applicable, fighter station are use full in these, large planets should have at least 1 on stand by, your home world ought to have 2 if possible, use your fleets to fill in blind spots, and never have less than 50 ships on your front line and nexus planets (planets where several phase lines converge as these areas can wreak havoc on empires) understand?

One of my favourite games I have ever played. Filled to the brim with the most brilliant of details. Massive, ever expanding maps that may take days to finally finish. On top of that: a giant repository of mods, with plenty more being made. And Ironclad, at the time of this review, has finished Entrenchment and Diplomacy and is almost finished with their newest full expansion: Sins - Rebellion.
