SotF: Hypercorp Rebellion R2.1 (Patch)
May 1, 2013 Sins of the Fallen Patch 4 commentsSins of the Fallen: Rebellion(v1.1) R2.1 version is a partial patch for a few issues related to Hypercorp.
The time of Diplomacy is over. The length of the war and differing opinions on what should be done to bring the war to an end has led to a splintering of the groups involved. The controlling powers-that-be have depleted arsenals and seemed to have exhausted all efforts of diplomacy. Trapped in a stalemate, sub-factions have rebelled and broken off the main alignments. Rebellion is upon us.
A full-fledged expansion to the original, Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion draws you even deeper into the galactic struggle for supremacy with appealing new factions, terrifyingly cool new ships of all sizes, enhanced lighting and particle effects for increased visual pleasure and all-new victory conditions.

Never played Sins of a Solar Empire, but am an insane fan of EAW. I am a huge fan of RTS strategy games (some of my favorites are EAW, C&C and TPW), and was wondering if you guys think this game is a good buy.
Without a doubt, worth every cent (or pence, or penny, or whatever depending on where you are from)
I often describe this game as everything that EAW could have been.
(And the team behind the EAW mod 'Thrawn's Revenge' are doing a mod for this game. - It's called Ascendancy)

Would I have to buy Trinity and Rebellion to have all Sins of a Solar Empire content, or is it all contained in Rebellion?
Its all included in Rebellion.
im having trouble adding the mod to the game
Go to the mod tab of the main menu and hit the "Show mod path" button, then extract the mod to that location.
Just for this mod,I have bought the game.Nice work!
whats your steam name because i myself love EAW
SOSE is pretty ******* simple. Basic resource-gathering. Simple research system. Simple unit building. Simple upgrading of planets. Not sure which part of this game would be complicated?
"huge learning curve"... Ever tried things like EVE or X3? Now, that's a steep learning curve.
Yes, it's simple for guys who played this game for years, but not for the guys which have played not so many games like this. ;)
