ScrumbleShip is the most accurate space combat simulation devised to date. Gather resources, construct a capital ship out of individual blocks, then pilot it with AI or human help against other players.
This is the engine room for the maneuvering thrusters on CMDKeen's "Pandora".
This is a particularly well designed rooms - Plenty of redundant pipes to bring in oxygen and/or fuel, and redundant wires to supply these engines with electricity. Lots of space to store oxygen, fuel, or other reaction mass in as well.
However, these engines aren't pressed up against any solid blocks, so I worry that turning them on might result in some or all of them breaking themselves off. A couple of support columns would likely fix this issue, if it turns out to exist.
Whoa, didn't think of that. There's plenty of empty space in these rooms, though, they aren't even designed to hold fuel or anything like that. There are a few rooms intentionally left empty around the ship for the sole reason of upgrading when new blocks are added.
And it's great to see the thruster blocks rotated properly. Is the generator room fixed too?
Good thinking reserving empty space. You could pretty easily convert this whole room into a fuel tank for those rockets, with built-in pumps directly against the rockets providing the fuel.
