We've just passed $100 in sales for ScrumbleShip! We're still not in the black, but at least some small amount of cash is coming in now!

Congratulations! :D And I'm sure there's more where that came from. People have been waiting decades for a game like this.
Also, those lasers must be pretty powerful, with as many batteries and engines as those! I may need to add another layer of armor...
Indeed! With that many batteries, I'd say his ability to pulse damage is going to be extremely high. So he's likely to be able to strike key points in your ship, disabling system and venting atmosphere. Thankfully, Insolent, your ships are designed with hardness to venting in mind!

Yikes! I guess compartmentalization will come in handy against this ship. Though I was kind of hoping not to have to rely on it...
Of course, disabling key systems works both ways - if I can punch through these battery banks and wires, I can severely hamper his power supply.
Battles in this game will be very interesting!
The plan is to never even let you face this area, but for all cases I reinforced the hull near.
The railgun could be quite effective from sides and behind, though, the armor is pretty thin there..
