RSCBM 0.87a + cheat mod v0.9 This is basically the latest version of the balanced mod which is rightully owned by supercrumpets but you have an additional 50k at start of skirmishes, ive also seen that this slightly alters the AI but not to a great content. thanks to supercrumpets ( creator of the balanced mod ) ENJOY!
