According to financial experts by 2016 the amount of mobile games will take 80% of the whole game market and approximately 60% of PC games released next year will fail in sails. To level up with the ever changing reality we made the only right choice possible - we will refit the game to run on iOS, Anroid and popular Chinese Ondruid mobile platforms.

To make it happen we were left with no choice but to remake the whole graphic content of the game. Of course the storyline will be refitted accordingly. Our story begins inside an ancient Cubsis 500 personal computer (512 Kb RAM, 128 Kb VRAM, no Internet).

For centuries the local intelligent digital entities known as Cuboids have lived in peace and splendor, not knowing a thing about money, war and strife. So lasted before Two Sinful Floppy Disks were inserted by some malicious hand in the computer… The first Sinful Floppy Disk contained a folder labeled “18+” from which the Cuboids got aware of war, tanks, Lady Gaga, pornography, sins, nationalism and countries.

The Cuboids quickly degenerated and got tainted. They divided into two antogonistic sects of ProtoCubes (who believed only “pure” cuboids are worthy of living in Cubsis) and The Low Polygon Union (who were a bit less pop eyed, but yeah anyway…). They started creating 100-polygon tanks and destroyed each other just for fun. It all got even worse when the invisible hand inserted the Second Sinful Floppy Disk in the PC. That floppy contained malicious pieces of program code known as Overrated Legions. The Overrated Legions come from another operating system and are too heavy to fit in the RAM of Cubsis with the rest...

Jesus lads you've really gone to town on the IndieDB page! I thought I'd done a good job on mine but you've hacked it unrecognisable :)

Good work though, game looks really good also.

I wasn't checking your groups for a while, so a couple of days ago I've seen that you are going to replace Il-76 with Bartini's VTOL. Does it mean that Russia will get a futuristic look too? I'm not a "Imma Russian" idiot or something like that, but if it does mean that at least one game won't show Russia as a stone-age faction with cold war era soviet tanks (Like it goes with RoTR) then you will warm my and every Russian player's souls a bit. Thank you very much.
Yes, I know that Bartini's VVA-14 is actually a cold war era child, but his creations look very futuristic even now.

our feature is that we show a non-Soviet futirized Russia. We've made a lot of modern-era vehicles, but some of them are a subject to future change and eventually the faction will be infinitely far from Red Alert cold war clichés :)

Many thanks, glad to hear that. RoTR actually doesn't show Russia as an old-era faction, but gives is a pretty high tech style. But some aspects just destroy this "high tech" style like T-64s. It's 2025 year, Russia could make enough T-72s to replace all the old T-64s' reserves at this point. Butanyway - nice to get such a change of style. I have nothing against klukva, but this Soviet Russia style is totally overused.

COMRAAADES. I have one more question: will your game be friendly for user modifications so, you know, when we beat the game we could add our own units? (Mk II, Chi-Has, Metal Gear Rex, Anime Girls as Russian tactical kawaii-shmawaii force and so on and so on)

Because we had not made up our mind on that yet .We are in the early stages and modding is the least of our worries.
