Info: Fixes Steam and retail versions of Robin Hood on modern Operating Systems. Just place it inside the install folder of Robin Hood - Legends of Sherwood and run it every time you want to play Robin Hood. (This program installs older and only for the game working versions of ddwrapper and DXWnd just for Robin Hood - these programs give a massive performance boost.) My program will install fixed fonts and fix the resolution on some monitors and save you the hassle to configure DXWnd, start and close it each time you start the game. Have fun playing! All credits go to Aqrit(dev of ddwrapper) and ghotik (dev of DXWnd)! Uninstall: just delete 'ddraw.dll', 'aqrit.cfg' and the folder '#DXWnd' from Robin Hood Install Dir.

Deinstall my fix by deleting 'ddraw.dll', 'aqrit.cfg' and the folder '#DXWnd' from Robin Hood Install Dir.
*Download and extract all files from dgVoodoo2 to the game folder "Robin Hood".
*Copy&Paste; all dll files from "MS" into the main game folder "Robin Hood".
Make sure that everything from dgVoodoo is in the right folder:
"\SteamApps\common\Robin Hood\dgVoodooCpl.exe"
"\SteamApps\common\Robin Hood\DDraw.dll"
...
Run dgVoodooCpl.exe and under DirectX enable 'Fast video memory access'.
And you are good to go^^
Sometimes the game gets stuck in the loading screen. You have to kill it in taskmanager and start again.

is there any way this could be adapted to the other game these guys made: Desperados Wanted Dead or Alive? Specifically I'm trying to get what you guys did in DXWnd to make it run right. BC as of now I have gotten rid of most of the lag but it is still slow whenever I move the mouse or pan the screen, but otherwise the game runs mostly fine
it should definitely be possible to run it without lag using DXWnd and ddwrapper.
Sadly at the moment I do not have time to code a launcher but please search goolge for "desperados DXWnd" so you can fix it yourself by installing and configuring those programs.

Please move "Robin Hood - Performance Fix.exe" to the same folder in which "Robin Hood - Legends of Shwerwood" was installed.

I run the retail versionof the Gold Edition on my Windows 7 (I've this problem: the game run in purple screen mode in a little window).
Solved: I had to rename the file "Inizio del gioco" (it means Start game in English) into "Game".
But the purple screen error is still there. I'm mad about it. -_-

В игре пропал ВЕСЬ текст. Помогите, мне, пожалуйста! Я буду очень благодарен вам! (На всякий случай, у меня Windows 10).

It didn't work for me :(. He says he couldn't find the ".exe" and tells me to put it inside the folder where it is, but I do this and continue this error message. My Robin hood is installed from a physical media. Help pls
