Minor Changes to Alpha 6.3:

-Lowered default maxroll from 3.0 to 0.5.
-Player model is now transparent when in 3rd person.
-More flamer lights (dynlights).
-Fixed guts on hud.
-Round number fingers now scale down on the x axis as you reach higher
rounds (21+).
-Changed font color to white and changed the default color of menu
text to red, this will allow us to have a wider variety of color in
the game.
-Added a weapon specific crosshair (one for the rocket launcher and another for the
gernade launcher
-Implemented a new meter, kind of like the one in RE.
-Weapons now fade in and out when switching, duration can be
controlled with hudgunfade (0=nofade , 100, 10000).
-Fixed the ai for ctf (now they pick ammo), I also included a waypoint
file for pit to test gameplay (if you don't already have one).
-Server info is now displayed when loading a map while connected to a
remote server (right now only the name is diplayed but we can add more
stuff later).
-Various changes and bug fixes.

Major changes:

-Implemented infection mode:
Specs:
Spawns: 50% of players spawn infected

Teams: "good", "evil" and "infected".

Objectives:
Players: Kill infectees to score points.
Infectees: Tag uninfected players (get in 25 radius) to infect
them and cure themselves.

Time: 10 mins.
Killing: Only cured can kill.
Infectee: Scores 1 frag (point).
Enemy: Scores 0 frags.
Teammate: Scores -1 frag.

Win: Whichever team (good, evil) scores the highest wins. Points are
the sum of the frags of all players in that team (including the
infected ones).
Respawn: 5 secs delay.

Other:
Infectees have a green skin, and "infected" is written over them.
When a player is tagged both him and the guy that tagged him can't
tag or be tagged by other players for 3 secs

So... Is this game a "KILL ALL OF EM BEFORE THEY KILL US!"

survival game or a:

"...We're running out of food, I'll have to leave the house.", "Bob, you keep watch as I leave, and Jim... You're coming with me".

I prefer the second, take a look at Project Zomboid to see what I want in a zombie game!

The game itself will be split into two game play types.

Single player will be rounds of zombies growing larger in number and stronger as the rounds progress.

There will also be free roam where you run around the zombie infested maps killing zombies as you go.

Multiplayer will be online play like most FPS having the same types of games, capture the flag, assault, team play and infection.

Playing in multiplayer you will be in in maps that have been over run by the zombie infection. We are hoping to have some zombie bots in the maps as well as other players.

But all online play will have a zombie theme to gameplay.

Just a quick update.

The games progression is going very well. Survival mode is killing with rounds and our new gut point system.

We've recently picked up a modeller who will be creating new weapons for the game.

We should start online testing with in the next few weeks once We post Alpha .7
