In Resident Evil 4 you'll know a new type of horror, as the classic survival-horror action returns with all-new characters, controls and storylines. We last saw Leon S. Kennedy in Resident Evil 2 - a rookie cop in Raccoon City, fighting to stay alive.
That was six years ago. Since then, government forces have managed to control the zombie threat and Leon has become a Federal agent. When the President's daughter is kidnapped, Leon tracks her to a remote, hidden fortress in Europe - where he'll relive the horror he faced six years before.
Players will face never-before-seen enemies that make Nemesis seem like a kitten. You'll be wishing for the usual Resident Evil zombies!

Well, I've added HUD concept (how I've done new HUD, where I get idea, etc) and Font (digital alphabet). I want to say that project start was inspired by RE: Operaction Raccoon City (Kill Leon!), but REstart (lol, RE...) was inspired by RE6 (o_O). Anyway, in future I will add new camera (possibly NOT like RE6) and RE6\Revelations feature - move and fire simultaneously.

hey guys, i have a question i keep hearing people say Resident evil 4 works on vista, but i cant even get it to install, it always gives me and error half way through installation, can anyone help me get this game working?
i play it on vista, and it worked just fine for me to install it.
There is thousands of scenarios where it can go wrong on vista...

Anyway you might try to run it in compatibility mode - "run this program in compatibility mode for: Windows XP (service pack 2)"
(right click - properties... - On the install program.)
it has been reported that the graphics are no where as good as the console versions, as the previous guy said, its a poor port from ubisoft
There is a patch that make it look cool. I tryed it out.
Hi guys, I require a bit of help from you gaming folk, I know on the back of the resident evil 4 game case it says the game is too run on windows XP only, but just wondering if this game will run on Microsoft Vista, as I might be updating to the new windows vista software.
Now I have Unreal tournament 2004 game, it says to be run on windows XP, the other day I Installed the Unreal tournament 2004 on my mate laptop computer which he had vista, and the game of UT04 run fine, absolute run great, no problems with graphics or game play.
Now will this be the same for resident evil 4 on vista, Will it play the game??
Please help as I have a great decision on my hands, stick with XP or go with Vista!

yeah the game runs on vista, my friend plays it on his vista pc
Resident Evil 4 on the pc is an excellent game if u have acontroller, there are some flaws the main one beling the vids are not made for hd tvs/monitors beside that the only problem is the lack of mods out for it , (there are tons in the making but not that many out)
;( ;( :( Resident evil 4 is not a piece of ****, to make the graphic’s better all you have to do is download the patch, then it is the same quality of graphic as the PS2 and GC.
No mouse controls, a true gamer should be able to get used the controls of the game and then play game properly, took me 5 minutes to get used to the controls and then the killing started. If you don’t get used to the controls use a PC/Xbox 360 controller, or download a mouse aim patch. Resident evil 4 on PC has a great story and gameplay so stop putting the game down.

The PC version is a piece of **** and discrace to the original version, of course it's a ****** port from Ubi Soft.
