Red Dead Redemption is Rockstar San Diego's newest game. It combines a large and rural open world with a strong third person shooter mechanic. The game follows partially-reformed outlaw John Marston as he rides across the frontier in his quest to capture or kill the former members of his gang. In doing so he will save his family who is held hostage by corrupt FBI agents.

It'll be just like GTA IV. They'll work it over a bit and bring it to the PC in a year. It's an awesome game and I'd hate you die-hard PC gamers to miss out. I don't discriminate I love both the PC and consoles lol.

Unfortunately the game is still glitchy on the PS3 and from what I've seen and heard... even more so on the 360. Needs some updates hehe.

It isn't much like GTA IV at all. Well, it is but it's very different (trust me). What I meant was that they'll do the same transfer from consoles to PCs like they did with GTA IV.

if it ever will be for PC, it is great, but as long as it isn't, I give it a 9/10

Put it this way, if they bring it to the PC I'll buy it. If they don't I won't buy it - thus Rockstar lose money. Console's get too much attention. True gamers have and always will play PC.

well if you're a console fanboy why the hell are you on Moddb? it's for PC's which you clearly have no appreciation of. Neither one is better, PC are more likely to have performance or graphics issues because the user's PC might not be that great but they have greater graphical potential and can be modded. Consoles are more reliable and cheaper but can't be modded and you need to pay for any add-ons.

When I put this up I couldn't figure out how to add it as a PS3 and Xbox 360 game. One of you admin guys should probably fix that. :)
