Red Alert: A Path Beyond brings the exciting storyline and epic clashes from the classic Westwood Studios game, Command & Conquer: Red Alert to realm of first person shooters, with a twist. We've remained loyal to the style and feel of the 1996 classic, while integrating content from its expansions Counterstrike and The Aftermath with a bit of updated history to add to the mix. Built off the W3D engine Westwood Studios built for classics such as Earth & Beyond and Command & Conquer: Renegade finished up in 2001, we help bring the fight to you as you play out your role as any one of a number of infantry classes participating in team-based combat that often involves land, sea, and air combined-arms clashes that just don't happen in any other game. Oh, and did we mention it's FREE?

That'd essentially mean that TSR and APB would lose their meanings. I like them BECAUSE they play like Renegade, and that nostalgia can't really be replicated in any but a primitive engine. Long live W3D!

We're vigorously doing what we can to keep the game active. The best advice I can give is to join our Discord server. This gives you better odds to catch games.

Dumb Question:
- Is it possible to move from W3D to W3X to allow Assets from other sources to work?

I'm no expert, so it's likely just a dumb question.
However, that said, it would be cool to have a Tiberum Wars version of Renegade. Also, if a W3X Version was made, then my own MOD Assets could be used to make a First Person experience for CNC5RS (my MOD).

"If you import the w3x into max, then export it as w3d, then yes. Also vice versa!" Got this answer for you from OWA himself!
