Command & Conquer Red Alert 2: Apocalypse Rising, brings Westwood Studios' popular real time strategy game, C&C: Red Alert 2 into the FPS pespective, using the w3d engine. You will be able to experience, first hand, what it feels like to fill the boots of an Allied GI battling the communist might of the Soviet Union, or a Soviet Conscript vowing to take back what was lost to the Allies during the first great war. Classic units return such as the versatile Allied IFV to the mighty Soviet Apocalypse Assualt Tank to the gargantuan Allied Aircraft Carrier to the mad Giant Squids. This game features all of the units and structures for the Allied and Soviet sides from both RA2 and the Yuri's Revenge Expansion. The Apocalypse is Rising Commander. Are you prepared for it? (Credit goes to everyone who has donated and contributed to this mod. We shall not let you down).

Zion is back from his break and has continued work on the AFCHQ. The internals are nearly complete and looking great!
dtrngd has been working on improving the Allied Barracks for you guys to eventually run around in.

wow this looks really neat! Also, are you going to make taunts and such? Becaus it could be cool if you are a crazy ivan, and then you can say all those "ive lost a bomb... Do you have it?" or something like that?

for the spy are you going to have somethig similar to the team fortress 2 spy setup where you have disguises you can use all the time?
or would you have a thing you aim at someone to disguise as them?
We may go the TF2 route with the spy's coathanger weapon (or something similar), since it would be a lot easier for the spy to disguise himself then.
Of course. That's understandable. And how about the credits system? Is each individual person going to have their own cash (from kills and whatnot) or is it all thrown into a single "bank"?
You will have your own cashflow, but we may implement a team fund for buying base defences and other such things.
Are you guys going to replicate RA2 maps or are you going to make completely new ones? Also, do you plan on keeping the Renegade HUD or are you going to implement another?
I'm sure we'll have plenty of the "better" RA2 maps remade, while making a few new ones.
As for the HUD, I'm sure it'll all be changed within due time, but we're more focused on getting gameplay down first ^_^
