Some of you have asked us why the single-player game Quantum Rush: Champions will be completely independent from Quantum Rush Online.
While it would theoretically be possible to introduce single-player content for Quantum Rush Online, we have decided to make it an independent game for the following reasons:
First of all, a lot of core code has to be changed for Quantum Rush: Champions.
It's not just an extension to what is already there. The Quantum Rush: Champions client will have to manage many things differently, because many things are dealt with by the game servers in Quantum Rush Online, things the Quantum Rush Online client does not have to care about.
We also want to create a new, completely different user interface for Quantum Rush: Champions, one that allows you to do everything with a gamepad, not just the racing part.So there it is.
