Looks like you took a custom Crash skin someone else made, then mspainted brown and blue all over it, saved it as a very lossy JPEG, then saved the JPEG as the TGA, all in 20 minutes.
The fact that anyone bothers to make skins for Quake 3 is just comical... You'd think they'd at least make something impressive to make up for it but nope...
People have to start somewhere though... guess it might as well be here than Doom 1 or Quake 1 or hell even Wolfenstein 3d lol
