PSPikmin is a PSP port (all firmware, even OFFICIAL FIRMWARE) of the game Pikmin made in Gamecube and Wii. In the game you play as two austrounauts that land on the planet in search for treasure. They gain help in finding treasure from the native creatures of the planet called Pikmin. The austronauts (named Olimar and Louie, and sometimes Mr. President) go and find the treasure in 6 different areas and dozens of holes that contain many levels. At the same time, they must fight enemies of the Pikmin using the Pikmin as "plant weapons". PSPikmin will feature the five Pikmin in the game, Purple, White, Red, Blue, and Yellow. And maybe the game might feature some new pikmin and enemies (still need to come up with ideas for those new Pikmin and enemies). This game will also feature some multiplayer action (ad-hoc mostly cause i cant garauntee online mode). And probably feature some new areas never seen in the original Pikmin games.

Well thats all i have to give you guys right now. Remember this game is not dead but my work is stalled at the moment
NO THIS DOESNT MEAN THE GAME IS DEAD.
It merely means that my work will be halted until i can find someone before i can continue on any of this. However, with the time I'm going to have i might be able to find someone good enough to start a demo by next year. I also have some ideas for the demo.
List of things that i have planned for a demo:
2 floors from emergence cave and 1 boss floor
4 treasures
only 2 pikmin (maybe 3) red and purple
feature a few enemies
Ahh i loved the pikmin game back in the "days" tracking this for sure!
I dont know if this might make much of a difference but...
In games like these you really shouldn't need a lot of pikman on the screen at once, as long as you can the pikman more efficient. Also that should cut down on the lag abit. It will still be Pikman just less spectacular.

By splitscreen do u mean adhoc?
You don't have to call anyone a idiot but i use splitscreen on emulators by plugging in two Xbox 360 controllers and playing.
there is a plan for a windows version idiot.
