Project Savior is a sci-fi horror shooter for ZDoom source port, similar gameplay-wise to games like System Shock and Strife. Unlike the traditional Doom mods, this game has complex developed story, lots of dialogue and scripted events. The levels are mixture of realism and arcade abstraction, following the traditions of Doom's Episode 1 and the Simplicity mod. Currently, a demo based on the Teaser version is in development. The resources are mostly taken from FreeDoom, HACX or crafted manually (for now...)

On January, 29 the Project Savior Public Alpha will be available for download. You will have a chance to check out the gameplay style and plot delivery of this ambitious project!

I've decided to show the WIP wad to the public, while the demo release is getting the Duke Nukem Forever release estimate, so you'll still have something to chew on! There'll be 2 maps and a cutscene, featuring around 10-30 mins of gameplay. I'll be eagerly waiting for feedback and bug reports!

Also, remember - FreeDoom and ZDoom 2.5.0 are required. The wad was also tested with GZDoom latest version, and despite the sprite alignment glitches the scripting works perfectly.
