You are a refugee escaping the war, on-board a Serengate class cargo ship called "PPS Ark Defiance". As you escape the dock, the ship is hit by some kind of biochemical weapon, causing most of the crew and refugees to mutate into unimaginable monsters. Adapt and survive to an increasingly difficult environment and choose to save those around you at the risk of your own life or fight for yourself against unspeakable horrors.
