Did you take inspiration from Walking With Dinosaurs with their depiction of the Utahraptor?
Also, I have to ask since I'm a modeller and animator myself, how did you manage to get the feet to be lying on a flat plain when modelling? If I didn't do that, will there be errors in the model when animating afterwards?
