The Meshtars are geniuses manufacturing weapons and war stuff; the most advanced materials of the galaxy are used to design the arms; very specific studies of ergonomics to fit each race; they even try to understand the psychology of his clients, so they use their memories and sentiments (like nostalgia) to make the greatest weapon possible.
