Together with Nidoran, Genghis Khan, Clefairy and Gengar they are the proto-pokemon. They all share similarities in their design btw.

Okay I don't know how to describe this but the ash portion below it's face, i.e the portion which meets with it's yellow body kinda needs works. Instead of aligning with it it should be overlapping it.
