The update that includes Growlithe is out the 16th. Or is it another problem?
In first friday next month...
They changed it back again, I think. I'll wait and see but others have said it is back to every other week.

Although you could put the Chimchar because he is my favorite pokemon is without him in my team will be very bad for min. porfavor I love this pokemon
Gen one and two is what they are working on. Chimchar is a way down the line from there.
