*Charizard *more epic Anywho, statwise and whatnot (not counting type) Blastoise and Venusaur actually outmatch Charizard. Venusaur is one of the rare occasions a starter evolution is actually a wise choice for a team. Charizard is just really overrated from Nostalgia/looks
and it is four times weak to stealth rock

As awesome as that would be, you have to remember that they have to individually animate all four moves for every pokemon. But I can't wait until the day that it finally happens either!
