- Customizable characters with lots of different types of clothing and accessories, allowing you to show off your unique personality
- Own various kinds of apartments and decorate them with your choice of furniture, and other interactive items like mini-games, a TV that plays YouTube videos, a Stereo that lets you stream radio stations and others
- Drive your own vehicles like vespas, skateboards and others
- Perform various Objectives, use lots of Interactive Items and earn Achievements
- Compete with other people in the Leaderboards for best mini-game scores and also overall performance in PlayTown
- Watch YouTube videos together in large video screens and vote on each others videos
- Organize and attend events using the in-game Events Calendar
- Share screenshots of the game on Facebook with the in-game Camera
- Play various mini-games with other people like Backgammon or single player mini-games like Basketball and HTML arcade games
