As a game developer I know which even the games which doesn't have ultra 3d graphics and such are very complicated to do; Planet Stronghold manages to at least in my opinion, succeed at the game genre it proposed to supply. The demo version kept me playing with attention, the combat system is allright, the open RPG nature of this game absolutely charms me; you can choose whatever you see fit for you play style, and develop your character and his team(nice interaction with the game characters too…

I just bought the full game and i get a error message when im trying to load my save games from the demo. Both Version where 1,4c. The Error Messages is following:
While running game code:
File "game/data.rpy", line 1349, in script
AttributeError: 'bool' object has no attribute 'flag'
Is there a solution for this problem?
It seems that the demo was an old version, I'm afraid you need to start a new game. Did you download the demo using Desura client or from my site / normal demo?
I download the demo from the Desura site but without the Client. The savegames still work in the demo.
from the demo, this looks like a ton of fun. Definately on the list to buy once I have a bit of spare change
Ugh... imagine Mass Effect if the protagonist was a complete *******, amazingly hit-and-miss character art (I was literally yelling, "PUT THAT GUN AWAY YOU RETARD - HOW DID YOU BECOME A SEARGANT IF YOU CAN'T EVEN PUT A GUN AWAY?!) and an insanely statistical turn-based-combat-system, and 4 different classes, that barely even have a damn difference.
But Tom "TOM SHATZ" Shatz is too great. Plus, it's better than the slew of terrible indie games, that SIMPLY need to have the main-character a chick because a) they're big, they're bouncy, and no, they're not space-hoppers, and b) to appear equality-supporting of women.
So, it's not bad, but not good. It's drifting slightly towards bad, though, for ripping Mass Effect off so hard I doubt it has any intestines now.
Clearly you played it, if you say the 4 classes have barely a difference. Good review, really! LOL
I was going to rant about the deluge of graphic novels hitting Desura lately, then I saw there's an actual GAME in here. At least more than "Click to continue" 50k times. Consider me silenced.
haha thanks XD I'm trying to add more gameplay indeed!
This seems kind of interesting, but Joshua "wow I hate my bitchy Sergeant but I guess I'll put up with her because she's hot" Nelson comes off as quite an *******. Is there any roleplaying beyond relationship +/- dialogue?
Graphics look great, however the price point is not.
