These screenshots show the Pirates Hideout, which is the level I am planning to make for the demo.
The Pirates Hideout used to be a mine where people mined for minerals. Unfortunately, eventually the miners hit the Great Chasm, a giant cleft in the earth. Being unable to dig any further they abandoned the mine and left their entire community behind.
Eventually, pirates found the place and took over, since it made a good hiding spot that was easy to defend. The goal of this level is to get past the giant gate at the back of the mine. The door is locked by 4 locking mechanisms and it is the job of the player to find these mechanisms to open the gate.
