Pioneerz make you a pioneer in a fantasy world, it’s a sandbox RPG focus on town protection. Live the life of a fantasy pioneer: Help your town to grow by protecting it and gathering resource. And in the same time explore the world and fight enemy towns. But be careful, the world is fully living (Plants grow, animals reproduce, towns are expanding…) And you never know which danger you will encounter (rabbit invasion, wandering trolls, underground scar…) Help your town, improve your ability, expand your kingdom! The road is harsh to make a peaceful empire!

The first alpha of Pioneerz 2 is now online!
History : After a coup d'etat, you've fled into the wild and build a small camp.
Now you must protect it and survive.
Hunt, improve your camp, ally with the other lords and do what is needed to retake your throne!
Description : Pioneerz 2 is a sandbox RPG / town management game in a huge living world.
The world is really living, plants grow, monsters do baby and enemy town are growing. You'll never know how the world will evolve.
Play it as an action RPG, fight beast, explore the world, tame beast and fight enemy town.
And when you're in town become the town manager, construct building, recruit villagers, give orders and terraform the world.
So, what's in this alpha?
- Random world generator
- 6 kind of environment with specific monsters.
- Life simulation (plants, monsters, enemy kingdoms...)
- 8 distinct tool (for fighting, building or interacting)
- Battle system (3 kinds of attack, monster behavior, dropping system)
- Basic town system (recruitment, constructions, town evolution)
- Some tutorial
What will come?
- More buildings (5 more)
- More unit (2 fighting unit)
- More action (taming, unit training, crafting...)
- Diplomacy with the other kingdom
- ...
The demo contains all the game, except you can't load ^^.
If you love the demo, save the game , you will be able to load it when you bough the game.
It's a huge project, so every feedback or suggestions are welcome.
(Monster's training has been add thanks to tester's a feedback)

Very clever game, the A.I. while clearly very simple is effective and doesn't appear to have any bugs that I noticed. Obviously one can see just by looking at the graphics still that it is a casual game, and a lot of fun for it! You can seemlessly switch between aggressive action based gameplay and peaceful resource gathering. Either way, the game is able to make you feel as if you are making a difference to your team's progress, and your fellow villagers do work with you quite helpfully. However…

Looks interesting. What is its current state? (alpha,beta, finished product, continuosly patched/updated?) I love the concept of towns and gnomoria and I am intrigued with the way RPG focus is thrown into the mix. will have a look at it.
Did you make this game on RPG Maker XP? Having been a user of the program since 2005, I can't help but notice the use of many of the spritesheets and icons from the SDK. Regardless, it looks like a potentially good game.
It's not made with RPG maker engine.
It's a completely hand made code.
But I'm not a graphist, so I've bought a RPG Maker XP license and use some asset to make a better looking game..
Awesome Awesome Awesome. I love games like this, and at this price you just can't ignore it. I have a question though, will the devs continue to support it?
- Bug and crash will be corrected.
- Feedback and suggestions will be listened and the best will be add in the todo list.
For now, no new released are planned.
But who know, it will depend of the community ^^.
