So is this game turning into the mechanics of "Michigan : Report From Hell"? Whereas the player is the cameraman?

Yes, I'm not sure what Michigan: Report From Hell is, but this is the controls of the game. The player controls the camera.

Google gave me a little info on this. It's a Playstation 2 title, originally named "Michigan" in japan. A survival horror title where the player is the camera man for a news crew in the Lake Michigan area of Chicago Illinois.

It looks like a crap-tastic burner game, but the idea is much the same. The camera is the player. Much like Spain's awesome REC or America's not so awesome Blair Witch Project.

The only thing I can see that is remotely like Michigan is the fact that the players view is the camera in a horrific situation. I don't think you have to worry much.

Description

The game has gone through a complete redo!
The game is no longer a static-camera game. The player is now the cameraman, holding the camera while you explore the house fully, experiencing the dynamic haunting first-person. This trailer shows the backstory of the game, and the obvious conclusion.
