Paralysed is still in development. A demo of the fist moments of gameplay will be available. WARNING: This game plays around with the darkness, so, for the best experience, don't change the gamma level.
A lot of progress has been done to the game as a whole. There will be around 3, or 4 levels, where at any moment in each, "it" will appear and come after you. The creature's design is a bit different now, as well as it's behaviour towards the player. Before it would slow down when close to the player, and would mimic the player's speed. Now you will have to run to survive.
