Overgrowth takes place in the savage world of Lugaru where rabbits, wolves and other animals are forced to use paws, claws and medieval weaponry to engage each other in battle. Combining 3rd person adventure platforming with intricate melee combat, Overgrowth achieves a unique feel. Overgrowth also benefits from Wolfire's brand new Phoenix Engine which has been built from the ground up to allow the use of cutting edge graphics, animation, and physics. Add to these exciting features Overgrowth’s realistic artificial intelligence and streamlined control system and the result is an astoundingly immersive experience.

Be sure to watch it in HD!

The features highlighted in the above video are as follows (among some extra ones thrown in for good measure):

- Controller input using SDL_Joystick
- XInput path for Windows 360 controller input
- Changed config key binding system to be more flexible
- Improved procedural stance animation
- Improved AI patrol pathfinding
- Bullet uses single-sided collision again (fixes objects getting stuck in the ground)

Great Update. I do not use game controlers, but I have some friends wihich think that this is a neat feature for every game (even vor shooter D: ). Also every little improvement to the AI is a great thing. Imo the AI currently is the thing which is most importent to get changes in the current state of the game (with every thing else I am very saticefied).
Keep up the great work and I keep trying to "sell" your game to my friends... Three guys I already made buying your game, still bout 20 to go ;)

I do not user a controller for FPS games but I still think it should basically be required even for that.

The option is ALWAYS nice to have.

"I'm thinking of adding a simple split-screen mode soon, so I can prototype multiplayer gameplay to see how it might work."

That's hardly a guarantee guys.
