SINK, like Orkmoth was cancelled. The concept was buggy in the engine I used. Also, I'm too busy to continue development (as well as this, I think it's a waste of time). Please, if you want the maps, download them. I'm archiving the game in 1 week from now. Although, they may still be available after archiving.

I am not starting any new projects in this engine, as I'll be busy learning programming (C# and Java to be more specific). I also have a lot of school revision to do ¬_¬

I'm still writing the novel. I'm not gonna stop this far into it ;D
For updates on the novel (based on this game), I'll be posting them here eventually:

First I was happy cause this is such a cool idea, but now I'm sad cause the engine isn't that great.

Some people show significant signs of retardedness. :P

@AssassinAlex18: Games like these (Reactor 17, Orkmoth, and Dark Tunnels) will show off the capabilities of such an amazing engine. Yeah, it may not have real-time lighting, or water effects... But its simple.

Well, I guess what you put into it is what you're going to get out in this case. On the one hand if you say, this game looks good, but the engine doesn't, then you're not inclined to put much interest in it. On the other hand, if you want to learn the ropes, and figure out your niche in game development (and not start so big, you're overwhelmed), then it's really the perfect engine. I agree, with Leo as well, the current games coming out, (as well as TGC) will and have proven Sandbox is rather robust for being so "young".

Anyway, my two cents :P

This game looks very interesting. Tracking to see where it goes.

I have no experience for game building but i can throw out some ideas, if you are interested let me know. I am not seeing much description on races or gameplay. I am assuming you havent decided on which races to pick. I will give some sugestions

violent, strong, big, warrior race. kill is a prize. more kills more renown in there lands.

some kind of weird morphed out human or apish(that way that armor char that is in 1 of ur picks can be for that race)
Barbaric violent, chaotic, driven by destrution

Some kind of waterside race (to occupy most of islands)frogs or snakes come to mind but that has been done a lot.

An insectiode race
render: i would say use a xindi-insectiod stripes spots for different looks

weak but many of them. Driven to just expand there colony. they are making the land barren with life and the grass grows unchecked. so they went to war with the other races useing them as a food source. there fortresses of dirt (dirt and spit combined to make dirt almost as hard as wood but since there walls for there castles are so thick it acts as stone). use other races as slaves for breeding as there food source. if you are not 1 of there kind be expected to get jumped while you are in there town by 5 or 6 slave traders.
you start as maybe a basic queen that can lay couple of eggs so you have a couple of basic warriors that help you. maybe you can outfit them, when dead pick up armor and put it on another minion.

reptilian and apish armor could be interchangeable because of build maybe

i am assuming this game is going to be a multiplayer morrowind. just because this is the new trend i would say putting in ability of chopping trees go mining (insect great miners) industrial perspective for the game.

Thanks! I'll definately use these ideas, and credit you for them.

I was going to do news topics about the races for each nation, and other info, and show each one over time. I think I'll involve the reptilian and insectoid races into two of the nations.

Thanks for the help :D
