Oozi: Earth Adventure is a classic 2D platformer with old school gameplay, with no puzzles, no punishment, just 100% pure classic platforming fun! Its most prominent features are HD visuals and beautiful hand-drawn art, but despite its visual style, it is also good fit for hardcore gamers due to its optional Hardcore Difficulty™ and Challenge Mode™. It tells the story of Oozi - an alien spaceship pilot, who crashed on a mysterious planet, lost his suit and needs to find his way home.

Enjoyable overall. The graphics are charming, and I appreciate the fact that somebody made JUST a platformer in today's oversaturated puzzle-platformer market. I wasn't wild about the controls at first, but they do feel better after a level or two, especially after acquiring a double jump, etc.
The game's biggest weakness is its generic sound. The tunes are generally short loops, and while they get the job done, probably won't be anything you'll catch yourself whistling. I realize its not easy for every indie dev to get a killer soundtrack, but if this game had music on par with the likes of Ristar or Rayman (the games it somewhat reminds me of) it would be that much better for it.

Edit: Anyone complaining the game is easy, obviously hasn't progressed past the first world. I had so much fun playing it through on Hardcore that I had to come back and bump the score one star higher.

Oozi is such a nice and decent platforming game, so that you cannot stop playing it for hours! It's not ridiculously hard and everybody can play it even on Hardcore mode! I'm using XBOX360 controller and the movement is great! Please vote on STEAM to publish this game, as I did! Thanks a lot!

The presentation in great, the graphic is nice on the eyes and funny too. The story is simple enough to accommodate the game. It's a simple platformer game, there's no gameplay innovation that you never saw in others game. The control is good, have a delicate precision in it. One of the things I love is the ability to use any kind of controller available on your PC, you can use the mouse, keyboard, and gamepad. I've never found any platforming game that utilize that three peripheral at the same time. The inclusion of kid mode also good if you want your young nephew or kid to play the game. Great game to play.

Super sloppy control make's platforming hell in this game, horrid simply horrid...

This game proves that you can polish a turd. Generic, uninnovative, unchallenging ... boring. Then again, Mario games made me overly picky.

Awesome game!

A very polished platformer that should bring memories of past SNES and Amiga games flooding back ... good memories that is! It could be argued that there's not a lot that's new here, but I don't think that's the point of the game. Indeed, if it were very new, then memories of the past would not come flooding back. A solid and enjoyable 'oldie' platformer, but still full of enough charm, playability and secrets to hook a few newbies to the genre.

I played the demo and I'm impressed. I had a bad feelings at first but after I tried It brought my memories back to my childhood with amiga and gameboy titles. 10/10 I hope it'll be released on Steam.
