It looks purty, but, I don't know..., slow?
Definetly needs more speed before it will be any fun to play. Platforming is all about precision, and when there's no haste there is no real challenge.
I'm not saying it has to be Super Meat Boy, or even Super Mario, but as it is it looks tedious.
Good luck!
The jumping mechanic in the first episode felt really stiff. I hope you guys revisit this and attempt to fix some of the problems, since as Theon mentioned, if the jumping mechanic in your game doesn't feel right, then the whole game is going to feel off.
I must say I feel completely opposite to what Theon and overlordror say. The jumping looks good enough, it feels very chill which isn't necessarily bad. Look at Trine for example, infact, this (Oozi) is faster rolling than Trine.
Puzzle platformers != Twitch platformers.
Not all platformers need to be mario or super meat boy in speed and lack of puzzles. Puzzle games are as strong genre as twitch based ones :)
