Oniken is a 2D platform action indie game that make use of 8-bit graphic style. My friend Pedro Paiva and I are putting a great effort to guarantee that this game feels really like an 8 bit classic. Everything on Oniken, from the character design to the music, is a tribute to the 8-bit action games from the NES era. So if you like old-school games be prepared for Oniken and remember... Oniken is NES hard! By purchasing Oniken, you will also get with no extra charging Oniken´s Manual and Original Sound Track composed by Thommaz Kauffmann, Bruno Araujo and N-Freq. *** Mac and Linux version uses wrappers. They're not a port, however in almost every machine that we tested the game it runs without any problem. However if you had a problem please e-mail us!

Just some notes about our first update. The stand alone release maybe will be offline for some hours.

Hi everyone, we've corrected some small issues with Oniken.

They are:

Fixed animation issues.
Fixed issues with 4-1 Mini Boss 2.
Fixed issues with 6-1 Boss.
Fixed score related issues with 5-2 Boss. (If you already finished mission 5, I suggest finish it again in order to increase your score.)

Desura take some time to update the files so, the stand alone release will be offline for some hours but as soon as they update the files it will be avaible again.

Danilo, the robot enemy at the end of 5-1 does not properly blinks when hit by my attacks (it got a bit confusing at first, I thought he was not being hurt). However, when the same robot appears later in the game, it works alright.

neste update foi corrigido o bug do hackan? vou esperar que todos os bugs do game sejam corrigidos para comprar.

Cara, dei uma olhada geralzona no jogo não tem safe place pro hackan. Os outros bugs vão sendo corrigidos conforme as pessoas vão achando. Acho que o jogo nunca vai ter todos os bugs corrigidos. Sempre vão achar alguma coisa hahaha.
