One Late Night is a short immersive horror-game experience, starring an unnamed graphic designer employee, working late one night at the office, until strange things start to happen.

The basic idea is that players who have been in similar situations, and worked with similar office jobs, will relate themselves to the game setting and scenario and become immersed. Even if you can't relate to the game storyline, you will still get a good experience. The storyline is presented with short monologues, displaying the thoughts of the player, as you need to perform certain tasks to proceed in the game to continue discover new clues about what's going on.

Use your surroundings to your advantage and hide under desks and in corners to avoid being taken by the ghost which haunts the office. Remember that the light will always be your friend. Survive the night and find as many clues as you can about the threat.

I am using Linux Mint x64 and every time I try to launch the game I see the window opening and closing at the same second....
No message is given, but when I launch Desura on the Terminal and try to launch the game on it, the Terminal returns that message:
Failed to execl /home/nicolas/Documents/Games/desura /common/one-late-night/Build10/OneLateNight.x86 [] error: 13
[0821/165816:ERROR:scoped_temp_dir.cc(70)] ScopedTempDir unable to delete /tmp/.org.chromium.Chromium.CvZsMU
[0821/165816:WARNING:scoped_temp_dir.cc(15)] Could not delete temp dir in dtor.
I hope this is helpful for you :)

You might need to set the files to be executable and with the right permissions. Some Linux people seem to have that issue.

I chmoded both OneLateNight.x86 and OneLateNight.x86_64 and now when Desura tries to load the 32 bits one, the Terminal return this error:
error while loading shared libraries: libGLU.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
I also tried to execute by clicking on them and the 32 failed to launch again, but the 64 version runned with no problems....

If you are running 64-bit Linux you should be running the 64-bit version, so that would explains why you get that error when trying to run the x86 version.

Ah, sorry I forgot ^^'
If I want to play it always says:

Failed to launch item.
Failed to create One Late Night process. [6: C:\Program Files\Desura \Common\one-late-night\OneLateNight\Build1(

and there the error report ends.

That sound like a problem with the Desura client, not the game. Did you try restarting the client?

Play this game on my laptop since my gaming *rig* fell apart.

Runs smoothly and the graphics and design are amazing, and the game actually gets scarier the *more* I play it. The ghost appears in different spots, and I've been scared by it enough times that to avoid making contact, I face the floor and walk around her. :D

You should try a different version of the game, that seems to work for other people who've had the same problem.

One Late Night... I had my eyes on that game for a while (like 2-3 weeks) without having the balls to play it. Once I decided to do it, just once I opened the game I regreted doing that... That place the game is set in, is just creepy itself - an office with nobody in there, only you. Or that's what I thought at first... Then Robert and the Black Widow are introduced, and that made me say 'Woah'... The game consists of the two opposites - the good (Robert) and the evil (Black Widow). Both of them…

Very disappointing you think it is a cool horror game but you never know where you must go. There was not even a moment where he said "Hey I heard something in the toilet" maybe you would have thought so, "maybe I should check times in the toilet" but so thought you all the time "WTF what should I do???
You should install moments that will give you a few tips where you should go next.
