Omegalodon is a third-person multiplayer action game where players compete by attacking/defending the city. The Red Team is comprised of police and soldiers armed with an array of military vehicles and explosive weaponry. The Green Team is comprised of Omegalodon, a 100-foot shark monster, and the Enviros, equipped with a healing beam. The game plays like a backward tower-defense game, but with free-roaming capability and fast-paced, realtime action. Omegalodon's objective is a nuclear containment dome at the city center. The round will end if it is destroyed, the timer reaches zero, or if Omegalodon dies. It's been a while, but Omegalodon has finally been Greenlit and releases on Steam in a few days. Everyone who purchased through Desura or redeemed a Desura key through a bundle will have immediate access when it releases. To redeem your Steam key do the following:
1. Go to your Collection page here: Desura.com
2. Click Keys next to Omegalodon
3. Click Get Steam Key
4. Launch Steam
5. Click Games in the toolbar at the top
6. Click Activate a Product on Steam
Follow the instructions, and you're done!
NOTE: The game will initially display in as 'unreleased' in your Steam library.
