Oberons court is a tile-based strategy game, wich is now in the pre-production phase. The core gameplay mechanic is to take an easy to control RTS where you need to occupy hexagonal tiles, but combine this with modern AI pathfinding and gameplay elements like supply lines and alchemy. You will create units and variations by mixing resources found in the tiles. This way every army can be unique and every game is different. 8

Looks awesome! Dig you guys' shaders! The art direction jives too! At least for me, all the silhouettes are very readable, which of course is important in a game like this! Much kudos! Can't wait to play :)

So a new video , its been a while, but I've been busy with wrapping up the core gameplay loop. So although the video contains no Audio or mission narrative, it does contain unit summoning, resource harvesting from a relic, buffing units from a relic, and then summoning more units and off course clearing out enemy units from their relics. Plus a slew of interface changes.

Again the video is grabbed from PC so don't mind the near lightspeed FPS, and minor hickups as my Code tries to deal with fps spikes up to 1000+fps..
