What would a racing game be without an assortment of racing events? In the latest Nitro Nation update, the weekly race event gets a new international format.
Racers will be split into 4 regionally based segments: Americas, Western Europe, Eastern Europe – Middle East – Africa and Asia – Pacific.
In addition, each geographical region will be split into divisions:
Bronze – The regional ‘Junior league’ where all racers start out.
Silver – The regional ‘Champion league’ where all racers advance to.
Gold – The international ‘Elite league’ which the top racers advance to from each region.
SO HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
- All racers start out in the Bronze division
- Each week the top 800 racers (200 from each region) will advance to the Silver division.
The bottom 800 racers (200 from each region) from the Silver division will return to the Bronze division. - The top 200 racers of the Silver division (50 from each region) will advance to the Gold division.
The bottom 200 racers of the Gold division (50 from each region) will return to the Silver division. - The top 300 racers of the Gold division remain.
Racers will be able to check their division and regional ranking on the Leaderboards.
