I'm not sure how I feel about vehicles when looking at it from the Stalker style gameplay perspective. I hope there use is limited or there extremely vulnerable to certain anomalies that can't be detected in vehicle making there use a high risk gamble. That may be totally of the mark though as I haven't got an idea of how this will actually play yet.

EDIT: The quote on the next screenshot kills any chance of that :(

The car is also prone to damage from anomalies. Anomalies act differently on cars unlike people

"Perfect protection" - it means a little safer than simple walking.

Only a little safer...that's good. It'll be great if the car your using can get thrown around by a Whirligig or some other nasty little bleeder.

The original stalker (the alpha version) add working vehicles and stalker lost alpha (based on the leaked alpha version) also has them so the original vision for stalker demanded them. So introducing vehicles in this mod is the right thing to do imo.
