But...wait...I have to say something...
...Two month ago we started thinking about leaving Torque2D due to its limit (poor platform support and too slow bugfix). So we start looking at other 2D Engines but no one looked as good as Torque2D so we decided that maybe a 3DEngine would be good for our purpose.
We tried CryEngine, UDK, Shiva3D and Unity3D.
After thousand of tries we choose Unity3D due to its features, the community and because it's really easy to use.
So we finally moved Netherworld from Torque to Unity and ... and... It's working!!!
We're using 2DToolkit 1.7 beta2 which made Unity far better than Torque2D (it's strange how Unity can make better 2D games than Torque2D) and it has the best support in the world.
Here's the result and it's far far better than how the Torque version was.
NOTE_0: Some asset will change in the final version.
NOTE_1: The game is FullHD native but the screen are scaled to fit HDReady res.
NOTE_2: Who is the guy in the last pic?
