Patch 1.10

Frigate Images Patch 1.10 for NCG-19: Gravitus has launched and you can download it from our website. This patch includes a large number of changes, with the most prevalent change being the introduction of the frigate class ships. These ships can be equipped with significantly more components than the ships that were previously available, and can even equip medium sized components. While useful in combat these ships will mainly act as the worker unit for players. Frigates can equip systems that allow them to improve the effectiveness of colonies they are orbiting in various ways and can allow you to quickly make better use of newly established colonies. Along with frigates we have implemented the next row of technologies in the technology tree. In addition to frigates these new technologies unlock new buildings and the first of the medium sized ship components.

Toop-tip preview Additionally we have implemented tool-tips on both the main game interface and the colony screen. This will hopefully clarify some of the information being presented to the players and offer additional instructions. Mouse-over an icon or button to see information about that region of the screen.

We have also implemented a settings menu. From this menu you can change the default key bindings, resolution or sound settings used while playing NCG-19: Gravitus. You can also reset the tutorial from the settings menu if you wish to re-read any part of it. These settings are all saved locally to the users computer in the appropriate application data folders.

We still have keys available for alpha testers. You can sign-up to try this early build of NCG-19: Gravitus on our website. If you are attending The Boston Festival of Indie Games be sure to check out the Cubic Timeline Productions booth for a exclusive sneak preview of some of our upcoming features and to talk to the developers. We have also launched the official Cubic Timeline Productions twitter and you can follow us @cubictimeline.

I could not get your website to function. It would only load a video and 2 images. I think you need to fix it. I tried Chrome and Firefox.

*Edit: The Community Page loaded after 87 seconds. However, it is still the only page loading with any information. (On a 50mb/sec connection)

That is definitely not good. Things seem to be working properly at the moment when connecting on our side. If the problem persists would you mind letting us know what operating system you are using?

Having just check the site using 2 different computers (both running OSX) Only Firefox displays the text on the left side. However, the links are not clickable.
Both Safari and Chrome are not display any text beyond the top menu options.

We are trying out best to support as many platforms as possible. The more OS X users we have the more we can optimize for them. Glad we could fix it.
