Mortal Online is a next generation PC MMORPG both in terms of graphics and gameplay. There are no PvP zones, only an open realistic world where you are free to choose your own path. Experience true real-time combat where you decide every move your character makes and where your personal skill really matters. Build your own house, or set up a guild to build a keep. With enough power, violence or diplomacy, you and your allies will be able to rule an entire nation. Choose from many different races and professions. You decide your own style of playing and whether to focus on PvP or PvE, both sharing the same game world. Devote your life to crafting, combat, magic, thievery, trading and more. Discover new skills, tools and resources or be the first to explore new areas to put your name on the map.
Brutal MMO ...Bit Ruff around the edges but the combat is rock solid ...The best bit this game is it reminds me of old skool game ..Is thatis Hard unforgiving and will punish you in many old skool ways killed by monster fall off cliff drown or PVPed by lone psyco player ..Even the combat feels old skool cick attack or block but very fun the map is huge and your free to move about anywhere at any time ...the graphics are ok but some times you come over a hill or road and the sun burts through the skyline of city and it looks amazing ....the graphics have there moments
This game is seriously amazing, I've played it for around a week now and I'm enjoying it a lot. The community is small, but mostly helpful. Mostly being the key word, considering a large percent of people will just kill you at every chance they get. Even if you just started. For some (argueably most), this can be a big turn off from the game. I believe the playerbase would grow if they babied the noobs more, I've seen plenty of people just give up after doing something stupid and getting killed and losing their "hard earned" (15 minutes of butchering pigs) gear. But for hardcore players, it's an awesome game.

i love the design and layout.... dont love the bugs or lag. money is easy to make but with the pvp/griefing system its easyer to loose. if you have no life and want to live in the game and figure every thing out for yourself..... your all about this game. if you come online to relax and kill some time............ your call here.
over all i think its a good game. just wish the murderers had stiffer punishments oh i dont know , like if you have the tag wicked or such wether blue or red you would be attacked on sight by the guards. just sayin.
It's a really good MMO that has a lot of potential. It's only let down is the community (Some abuse the free-for-all PvP system), as well as overall design (which can be fixed in time). Underrated and quickly regarded as bad because of these few flaws, but what you experience over time is unique to you, and really makes up for it.
I think, then in time, when game industry downfall, when money stand higher, then braves and non-ordinary decisions in game process, Mortal Online show me a dream. Its game show, how strong may be desire make a game that would be really fun and interesting to play. And, though, developers have not done much that promised to do, but nevertheless it is clear that they have tried and continue to try.
Thank you, mans, for one of best game ever!
Needs lots of optimization and major big fixes like getting stuck in interfaces or invisible water glitches that add weight to you.
Overall good game but lag makes it hard to play.
Attacking also needs to be worked on, the animation is too quick to be seen and a clear area that the attack is landing is not visible. Too much guesswork involved in simple tasks.
Mortal Online is definitely a unique and rewarding experience! In an era where most MMO's require countless repetative quests, fast travel, and pre-defined classes/play styles, Mortal Online brings a nice wind of fresh air to the scene.
Rewarding skill Growth System - Raising skills not only helps with that skill, but also helps other stats! For instance, mining or lumberjacking will improve your ability to mine/chop wood AND will improve your strength!
--Build your own home on your own plot of land in the location of your choice!
--Large scale fights!
--Truly Free Roam. Do whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want. Just be warned, having the freedom to do it, doesn't mean you are prepared or skilled enough to succeed.
--Keep an eye out for suspicious players! If you are about to attack a creature/NPC of some sort, and a player is just standing around waiting...DO NOT ATTACK, just move on. If a player jumps in front of you and takes the hit, you are marked a criminal and all of your belongings are forfeit.
--If you are unsure if the action is/will be frowned upon by the guards, just don't do it. Don't loot in towns, don't swing your weapon unless you are defending yourself against someone/something that just hit you.
--Make friends! I cannot stress this enough. This IS an MMO, and is not like WoW, EQ2, Tera, Rift, or any other MMO that allows you to do your own thing with no need for friends. While you can manage if you are solo, it's not a good idea. Friends can help defend you, carry stuff, and even support your weaknesses (i.e. You need a horse, have your friend tame one if you aren't a tamer. You are good at combat but not mining and you need ore/rock, you should defend your friend while they mine, they need the protection, and you need the ore.)
Regardless of what you've heard, give this game a fair shot! Not to insult anyone's intelligence, but be smart while playing this game and you'll enjoy it.
