First, let me say that this game is an amazing game that instantly drew me in with it's potential.

Now, let me tell you all that are interested why not to play this game.

First there are the blue blockers/tamer trolls. This is in the "always safe area" mind you. They will step in front of your swing as you're trying to attack a springbok (deer), or tame a springbok in the middle of a bunch of other springbok and when you attack it (or attack the one that stepped in front of you), you instantly are flagged as a criminal and them or anyone else can kill you and take all your hard earned loot. And your gear, and your gold, and your head and your carcass...

Next, after learning all these troll tricks, I logged back in and am met with a murderer. A murderer that can 1 shot guards... The guards that are supposed to make you safe in the "always safe area". What kind of game sets up a useless system that is "designed" to keep new players safe when a murdereous bastard troll can come in, kill you and your 6 buddies along with everyone else around in 1 hit, and can kill the 1 or 2 guards that come to "stop the murderer" in 1 hit...

This is an amazing game so full of potential, but the people that made the game don't give a rats behind about you, your money, or your continued subscription. Nor do they have the tiniest clue how to stop the trolls that blue block, tame, or murder with wanton abandon.

Don't play this game. You will most likely never get past the "always safe" newb area because of how horribly this game has been designed to actually encourage the type of troll tactics that are being employed against new players.

Great game, horribly designed "always safe area", horribly implemented mechanics that allow people to screw over new players in every way imaginable.

what can i say its a huge game with lots of content awsome grapics and is just cool to play.

Mortal Online is a game with system of Fist Person, and use the same system of skill and attributs of Ultima Online (UO).
Mortal Online is the best fusion of Mount & Blade and Ultima Online.

Amazing concept. Amazing game. needs work on graphics and servers. (a patch is now suuposed to be in the works)

MO is a great game with great potential. I wish the devs best of luck to fix those little problems standing on the way. And yeah, to make a game run normaly as it should. More optimizing and it will be the MMO of the century.

Played this game from Beta Block B till 1 year after initial launch... It really is one of a kind. In many ways. It's a sandbox MMO like never seen before and it's made by an indie game company from sweden with like 10 devs or so. Which makes it a really unique experience!
You just HAVE to try it yourself, no one review can show, what this game really is about. It's about YOU and what YOU and your fellow gamers make of it! :-)
BUT it really has issues with bugs, performance and exploits, which is why it only get's 6 of 10 from me!

You start with too little and people kill you too much, its too easy to become a Criminal and the Tutorial could be better, Springoks are overpriced (Even if it makes it easy to get rich) and you can't craft arrows, other than that the game is an Eh for me.
