This mod replaces the original beast races with better bodies and all-new textures. Plus I added 4 new playable heads, 2 Argonian and 2 KhajiitIn order to cater for all possible tastes where the Argonians are concerned, I have provided 3 .esp files. One has a more mammalian appearance that uses the nude male and female meshes, the other a more realistic reptilian version using the male undie mesh (but no undies on), and a 'civilised' upright and more humanoid version.

Slof's Better Beasts a.esp - boobs+genitalia version
Slof's Better Beasts b.esp - realistic reptile version
Slof's Civilised Beasts.esp - tailless, upright humanoid versions of Argonian and Khajiit
Slof's BB neck fix.esp - use this one in addition to any of the above, but ONLY if you also use Better Heads - this fixes the weird neck problem that is present in the BH esm file, and will display the correct neck type.
Only use one of these, not all of them (apart from the neck fix) - just use whichever one is to your personal taste. Checking all 3 of them might make the game do weird things! I've used all the same mesh and texture files apart from 2 of each that are slightly different for the reptilian version and hands for the 'civilised' version. All textures are now converted over to .dds to make them smaller while keeping the high-res details.
Sometimes I miss stuff when packing a mod - I put this down to my being somewhat ancient. :) If I have missed anything, or there are bugs, please email me here:
It tends not to play nice with the male Argonians in the Better Heads pack - there is a rogue piece of neck on one mesh that pokes out! Otherwise it shouldn't conflict with anything particularly.

I will be doing a tails add-on for the Civilised Beasts version soon - I've just got my hands on some tail meshes that work with these bodies. Although not animated, they will be pysiqued, and so will move with the body.
