InMomentum, the minimalistic sci-fi racing game by Digital Arrow is available on Steam.

Just to keep you guys up-to-date, we are working very hard in bringing you guys a Level Editor to start making your own maps. When will it be ready? That's a good question. We're hoping to have it ready somewhere the first half of January, and hopefully see it come out around the middle of it. We are not making promises, as making a tool fully polished is very important and rushing it will just simply not end well. Keep an eye on our site and this indieDB page for more updates on the subject.
